Bosu consists of two exceptional restaurants and a stylish contemporary bar, with a large outside space, surrounding the fabulous setting of Delta Marina Square in central Vilamoura.
Established in 2021, it is quickly becoming the place to eat, drink and relax whilst enjoying the Algarve sunshine!
Bosu Bar
A stylish, contemporary bar providing an extensive selection of quality drinks. Our mixologist creates fabulous cocktails for your enjoyment (check out our cocktail making masterclasses) and of course, we also have an excellent wine list – great wines at value for money prices.

Best steak in Vilamoura We went as a group of 4 to Bar & Grill. My steak was AMAZING! They have a great selection of wine and you are also able to eat food from the sushi restaurant too as they are all one place. Would highly recommend a visit!

After a short walk from the crowded Marina, you will find yourself at this super cozy square with Wine & Sushi just in the middle. We were greeted by a very friendly host who enthusiastically walked us through the whole menu. The sushi is one of the best I have ever had and the unexpected combinations were amazing! They also have great cocktails. The entire evening was great from beginning to end, and we will definitely visit again.

Amazing food My husband and I had dinner there last night. It was our first time, however will not be the last. The starters were so good we had to order a second helping. The sushi was beautifully presented and we loved everything we tried. The staff was very attentive and nice and the chef came out to explain a few details about the food as well. The menu was presented as a QR code - very good during C-19 times. A definite YES. Don't miss out on this new and classy restaurant right behindVilamoura marina.
